Worldwide (except the US): DHL Express – Free
US: FedEx – €50

Shipping Costs for Orders under €299:
France: Colissimo – €11
France & Worldwide: DHL Express – €25
US: FedEx – €50

Due to new US import regulations and increased costs, Bluemarble now covers half of the US shipping costs to help cover recent increases.

All shipments are DAP (Delivered at Place). Recipients are responsible for import duties, which vary by country. Charges are applied upon arrival in the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office to avoid unexpected fees. Customers are responsible for all customs charges, even if a parcel is refused.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.

A tracking link will be sent via email once your order ships. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact shop@bluemarbleparis.com.

If a parcel is not collected after three delivery attempts, import or return shipping fees will be deducted from any refunds.
