Shipping costs for orders under 250€:

France & Worldwide: DHL Express +25€

Delivery time:

Europe and USA: 2-4 days
Rest of the world: 5-7 working days

Order processing:
2-3 business days after the order is placed.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us at shop@bluemarbleparis.com.

Unclaimed parcels:
If a parcel is not withdrawn after three delivery attempts, any import or shipping fees related to the return of the parcel to our warehouse will be deducted from any refunds.

Import duties:
All shipments are DAP (Delivery at Place), meaning that all import duties must be paid by the recipient.
Import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges vary widely from country to country and are beyond our control.
