Shipping policy

Shipping Costs for Orders over €300:

• Worldwide (except US): DHL Express – Free

• US: FedEx – €50

Shipping Costs for Orders under €300:

• France: Colissimo – €11

• France & Worldwide: DHL Express – €25

• US: FedEx – €50
  

  Due to new US import tax regulations and increased shipping costs, we cover 50% of the shipping fee; the remaining 50% is paid by the customer.

Import Duties:

All shipments are DAP (Delivered at Place). Recipients are responsible for import duties, which vary by country. Charges are applied upon arrival in the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office to avoid unexpected fees. Customers are responsible for customs charges, even if a parcel is refused.

Delivery Time:
Europe and the US: 2-4 days
Rest of the world: 5-7 working days

Order Processing:
2-3 business days after the order is placed.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us at shop@bluemarbleparis.com.

Unclaimed Parcels:
If a parcel is not withdrawn after three delivery attempts, any import or shipping fees related to the return of the parcel to our warehouse will be deducted from any refunds.
