How do I create my account?
1. Click on the Account section in the header.
2. Enter a valid email address to receive your login code.
3. Enter the login code you received by email. Account created!
If you already created an account with a valid email address, type your address in the dedicated field and it will connect to your account.
How do I modify my account?
1. Access to your account, click on your initials or on the side menu to show options.
2. Select Profile to access your personal information.
3. Click on the pen to update, type new entry, and save new profile.
I’ve forgotten my password, how do I get into my account?
No password is needed to access your account. If you already created an account with an email address, type your address in the dedicated field and it will connect to your account.

What are the shipping options ?
Free express worldwide shipping over 250€.
For ordrers <250€, you have the below options:
France : Colissimo +11€
France & Worldwide : DHL Express + 25€
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after order is placed.

How do I return my order ?
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone since your parcel has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To request a refund, click here to connect to your account, select your order and the item(s) you would like to return and follow instructions.
