CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Creating an Account
1. Click Account in the header.
2. Enter a valid email address to receive a login code.
3. Enter the code to complete your account.
If you already have an account, enter your email to sign in.
Modifying Your Account
1. Go to your Account in the header.
2. Select Profile to view your personal information.
3. Click the pen icon, update your information, and save.
Accessing Your Account
No password is required. Login is done via a verification code sent to your email. Enter your email in the designated field to receive the code and access your account.

Shipping
Shipping Costs for Orders over €250:
Worldwide (except US): DHL Express – Free
US: FedEx – €50
Shipping Costs for Orders under €250:
France: Colissimo – €11
France & Worldwide: DHL Express – €25
US: FedEx – €50
Due to new US import regulations and increased costs, Bluemarble now covers half of US shipping costs to help cover recent increases.
All shipments are DAP (Delivered at Place). Recipients are responsible for import duties, which vary by country. Charges are applied upon arrival in the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office to avoid unexpected fees. Customers are responsible for all shipping and customs charges, even if a parcel is refused.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after order is placed.
A tracking link will be sent via email once your order ships. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact shop@bluemarbleparis.com.
If a parcel is not collected after three delivery attempts, import or return shipping fees will be deducted from any refunds.
Returning an Order
Terms:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery to your address. After 14 days, refunds cannot be issued.
Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all accessories and labels attached.
How to Request a Return:
Log in to your account.
Select the order and the item to return.
Choose the reason for return.
Click “Request Return”. You will receive confirmation by email.
After evaluation, you will receive approval or refusal via email.
Follow the instructions provided to complete your return.
Return Shipping Costs:Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
International Returns:
Returns from outside the EU may incur import duties, which must be paid by the customer. Any applicable duties will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, duties must be paid before the replacement item is sent.
Policy Compliance:
Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
