Returns

Return shipping costs are fully covered by BLUEMARBLE. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to send your item back to us. 

Terms
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery to your address. After 14 days, refunds cannot be issued.

- Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all accessories and labels attached.

- Returns coming from outside the EU may incur customs duties payable by the customer. Any applicable duties will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, duties must be paid before the new item is shipped.

How to Request a Return:

- Log in to your Bluemarble account.

- Select the order and the item to return.

- Choose the reason for return.

- Click “Request Return”. 

- After evaluation, you will receive approval or refusal via email. When approved, we will send you a prepaid return label you can use to send the order back to us.

- Follow the instructions provided to complete your return.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

Policy Compliance:
Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
