Return policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone since your parcel has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that they were received in.

  2. Select the order and an eligible item you want to return

  3. Select the reason of your return among the options

  4. Click on “Request return” and you’ll receive your details by email

  5. Once we have evaluated your request, you’ll received our approval or refusal by email

  6. Follow instructions received by email to finalize your return request

The shipping costs related to the return are always charged to the customer. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable.

When returning items from outside the EU, you might incur import duties. they are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, and must be paid by customers. Please note that any eventual import duties related to your return will be deducted from your refund, while for exchanges, we’ll ask you to provide your payment before sending out your new size.

Please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded. This applies both to the shipping costs for your original order as well as to the return shipping costs.
