Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after order is placed.
Once the shipment of your order is arranged, you will get a mail including the link to track your parcel. If you don’t have any tracking number for your order, please check your spam folder or just get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If a parcel is not withdrawn after three attempts to deliver it, any eventual import or shipping fees related to the return of the parcel to our warehouse will be deducted from any eventual refunds.

Our shipments are dap (delivery at place), which means that all import duties must be paid by the recipient of the shipment. import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. please note that customers take full liability for all shipment costs and any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone since your parcel has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In order to open a return request, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you return shipping address.
The shipping costs related to the return are always charged to the customer. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable.
When returning items from outside the EU, you might incur import duties. they are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, and must be paid by customers. Please note that any eventual import duties related to your return will be deducted from your refund, while for exchanges, we’ll ask you to provide your payment before sending out your new size.
Please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded. this applies both to the shipping costs for your original order as well as to the return shipping costs.
